  When picking up parts I had ordered and paid for, the man behind the counter was rude and snappy a few times. When I went back again to order a screw I was told I had to order the parts I already picked up to get the screw. The screw does not come with it. The screw I had was stripped and I was trying to replace it. The woman behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. Auto Zone said it would take 1 day and cost $2.

  The staff here are very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful. The store was clean and fresh smelling as well as the bathroom. I would recommend this store to anyone. Two thumbs up!
